Karan currently holds a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University and is an MD candidate for the class of 2024 at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. His research has primarily focused on neurological disorders including Alzheimer’s Disease and Parkinson’s Disease as well as the overall impact of stress on healthcare professionals. In the future, he hopes to pursue a career in academics as a neurosurgeon.
